안녕하세요, 저는 이 팟캐스트를 사랑하는 청취자 중 한 명입니다. ^_^ 마이클씨 덕분에 혼자 공부하며 느끼거나 알기 어려운 것들을 여기서 많이 배웁니다. 고마워요! 마음을 단 네 글자에 담기 힘들군요. : ) 이번 팟캐스트를 보고서 발음에 관한 궁금증이 생겨 이렇게 글을 남겨봅니다. 발음 연습 중에 ‘rl’이 포함된 단어, 예를 들자면 curl, carl, hurl, swirl, whirl 같은 것들이 너무 어렵더군요. 마지막 두 단어는 특히.. ㅜ_ㅜa 그리고 ‘s’ 다음에 ‘th’가 나올 때도 마찬가지입니다. 예를 들어 ‘Is that yours?’ 같은 경우 ‘s’ 다음에 ‘dat’에 가까운 발음이 나와버립니다. 사실 일부(또는 대다수의?) 한국인들이 ‘th’를 그냥 ‘d’발음과 같다고 느끼거나 빠르게 말할 경우 인지하지 못하는 거 같습니다. 저 또한 인지하지 못하여 그 전까진 ‘Is 댓 yours?’ 식의 발음을 했었구요. ‘s’ 다음에 ‘th’발음을 잘 할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요? 감사해요. 오늘도 좋은 하루 되시길。★

There’s a new potcast again.:-) It seems like that I’ve found today’s treasure. “Thank you” is not enough for me to say to you. I like English and have been learnig that for a long time, but you really help me know the things that are really hard to catch if you don’t know the two languages thoroughly. Thank you again and I’ll be always your huge fan. ^^
